New talents Biennale 2012
Kolumba is hosting the third presentation of the Kölner Biennale »new talents« (Cologne "new talents" Biennial). The Biennial affords a platform for young graduates from the areas of the fine arts, film, music, and dance to present their works. In this context, on Sunday (13 May) you may listen to the premieres of music pieces and sound installations. The composers presenting their works at Kolumba are Jesse Broekman, Patrick Frank, Rodrigo López Klingenfuss, Yasutaki Inamori, Ferdinand Graetz, Tobias Hartmann, and Cathy van Eck. Beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Room 13 and in the excavation site area, a conversation will be taking place between Manos Tsangaris and several of the composers (normal museum admission fee).
